On The Plane Home From Vegas

I went to WPPI this week.  It was amazing, educational, overwhelming, productive, all the things I expected it to be.  I met some of my photography idols, acquired a few new ones and came home with 20 lbs of information for new vendors.  Oh, and lest I forget, my major award, a $15 dollar Itunes gift card which I won from the Colorati booth for wearing my free t shirt and walking stealthily passed them every five minutes for about an half hour.  (who says persistence doesn’t pay?) 

On the plane ride home, just as we were getting ready to make our descent into Salt Lake City, I looked out the window and had the most amazing view.  I couldn’t help but think about how nervous I was to fly, knowing that there was going to be stormy weather on the way home.  How I actually considered waiting to avoid all the turbulence.  But then, I would have missed seeing the sun, breaking triumphantly through the clouds, for that brief second. 

Yvonne and Charles are getting married this weekend, by the way, so stay tuned for that!

    That view is amazing. I love taking pics outside the plane window. And FYI….LOL It’s Yvonn”A” not Yvonne. :) I can’t wait to see her pictures from yesterday. They are going to be great.
